What items are accepted?

We welcome a wide range of sports and non-sports trading cards, along with memorabilia and sealed items. Please ensure that all cards are securely packed to guarantee their safety during shipping, as we are unable to list damaged cards. Additionally, all cards and items must be authentic and unaltered. There is no minimum card value, making our service suitable for selling cards of any worth.

What about fees?

Our fee structure is straightforward: a flat 20% of the card value upon sale. For items listed at $1.00-$2.99, there's an additional $0.10 charge if a top loader isn't provided. However, for items priced at $3.00 and above, no additional charges apply. When your cards arrive, any top loaders are credited to your account and will be utilized for cards falling within the $1.00-$2.99 range.

How are my cards presented?

Your cards will be showcased on our website, and if their value is $1 or more, we'll also cross-post them to our eBay store. Please note that on eBay, the default listing price is set 10% higher than on our website, accounting for the variance in fees charged by eBay.

How are card prices determined?

To ensure competitive pricing, we use the largest and most comprehensive platforms available. Our sports cards are priced based on the lowest USD value on COMC, while non-sports cards are referenced from pricecharting. In cases where there is no pricing data on these platforms, we turn to 130point and calculate an average from the last 5 eBay sold prices.

However, you have the flexibility to set your own prices! On our submission form, you can specify a percentage increase over the base price for each card. Keep in mind that there might be other sellers offering the same cards, so feel free to adjust your preferences for individual cards accordingly.

How do I receive payments?

Distinguished from other consignment services, we offer cash payments instead of store credit. There are two convenient payout options available: PayPal and Bank Transfer/PayID.

On the 1st of each month, we generate reports using individual Vendor IDs and email a comprehensive report along with the payout figure, providing you with an overview of what to anticipate. It's essential to note that your total is calculated based on the card price, excluding postage. This approach ensures accuracy, especially when buyers opt for combined shipments involving cards from multiple sellers on our site.

What is the return process?

For returns involving items valued at less than $150, we manage the entire process and will relist the card to recover its value.

In the case of returns exceeding $150, we will engage in communication with you to discuss and present available options for the next steps. Your input and collaboration will be crucial in determining the best course of action for such returns.

How can I track the progress of my items?

Rest assured; we'll keep you informed throughout the process. Once your items reach us, we'll send you an email confirmation. Additionally, we'll notify you once your items are live and available for viewing on our website. This way, you'll stay updated on the status of your items from arrival to listing.

What is the listing timeframe?

For efficient service, shipments containing under 50 cards will be listed within 5 business days of receiving them. Larger shipments, comprising over 50 cards, will be listed within a slightly extended timeframe, specifically within 10 business days. We strive to ensure a prompt and organized listing process for all quantities of cards.

Exclusions: While we're open to many items, there are a few exceptions. Please note that we won't accept items like glass, liquids, oils, gases, those with lithium batteries, drugs, medicine, supplements, flammable items, makeup, or perfume. Items of this nature will either be marked "return to sender" or disposed of responsibly.

Customs Declaration: When it comes to outgoing packages, you're in the driver's seat. Since you likely didn't buy the cards from us, we won't know their value. It's your responsibility to add the customs value and specify the insured amount as part of the shipping request. This ensures your items are properly declared for customs purposes.
